McManus Motors provides customer service the way it was done back in the days, when customer service was the only advertising a small businesses could do.
People are in their cars, on average, 82 hours a year. It is their make-up table, dining table, office, and daycare. It holds the people and things most dear to a person at any given time. It gets us to and from important events and people. I honor the trust to be able to keep it on the road. I treat every vehicle that gets brought in as if it was my own.
I will diagnose and evaluate conditions such as the miles on the vehicle, the year of the vehicle, the overall mechanical state as well as the current life situations that a customer may be in. I will make an informed decision with the customer on what is best for both the vehicle and its owner. I want to provide the best quality repair and maintenance service for the lowest cost.
I combine a small, independent shop’s focus on customer service and building relationships with a large corporate garage’s resources and warranties.

I was born and raised in Billings, Montana. I have an Associate’s Degree in Automotive from the MSU-Billings College of Technology. I am an ASE Master Certified technician with several training certificates through General Motors that I earned in my 7 years working for a dealership. I gained extensive knowledge in the new age of electrical and electronic based cars and trucks. I also have 3 years working experience in the independent world where I have gained experience and knowledge on older vehicles and several makes and models including: European cars, Asian cars, all domestics, diesels, and even some exotics and American Muscle cars.
